I've had ed's since I was about 12 (now 24). I recovered and ended up putting on a lot of weight and am now looking for help to loose it again. I used to be ana and bulimic but also have problems with binging and sometimes cant stop eating no matter how much I want to! Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!
